Learn a little more about Envirostoves.

Envirostoves is a family run business based in the Somerset countryside. With a long history in the stove industry we are enthusiastic experts in all things stove and experienced suppliers to the whole of the UK.

With both a father and grandfather who worked within the stove industry, our founder Gabriel Ralls has built a company where customers can get the complete package.

Here at Envirostoves we proudly provide:

  • Advice from seasoned professionals either over the telephone or in our large and comprehensive showroom.
  • Installation by experienced and qualified installers for our local customers.

  • And, of course, any after-sale care or advice needed.

Ordering

All orders are either placed over the telephone, or with us in the showroom. We do not take orders online at present as a stove is a big purchase and it’s always helpful to speak to an experienced person. We are always pleased to offer our expert advice either before or long after you buy your stove.

Payment

You are able to pay using cash, credit or debit cards, or by BACS payment. Our bank sort code is 60-19-11, and the account number is 25655736. We accept cheques given sufficient time for them to clear, or for any installation work that we have completed at your house. We regret that we cannot accept American Express cards at this time.

Delivery

Stoves are heavy and fragile and they need to be transported with care. Deliveries are costly both financially and, more importantly, environmentally. We will always endeavour to deliver your stove in the most efficient way. We deliver personally where we can, and group as many deliveries together using as small a van as possible. If necessary, due to the location of your address or a certain time-frame required, we will use a courier, although we prefer not to.

In the normal course of things you should receive your ordered goods within 14 working days after the receipt of your order. Small items will be sent using Royal Mail and may reach you much sooner. Special orders and items which are out of stock may of course take longer - we will be able to confirm expected timescales when you place your order.

Delivery to mainland England or Wales is free for all stove orders and any other orders above £250.00.

Delivery of small orders will be charged depending on their size and weight. Deliveries outside of mainland England and Wales may be possible but could incur additional charge, please contact us for a quote. We will inform you at the time of placing your order if there is a delivery charge applicable.

Your delivery driver is contracted to deliver to the nearest hard flat standing, but you will find them helpful. If you have any additional requirements regarding your delivery you must mention this to the office when the stove is ordered or when the delivery is organised. Someone should be on hand to receive and sign for the delivery. We recommend that you check your order with the driver at the time of delivery as deliveries that have been signed for will be considered correct and in good condition.

Returns

In the highly unlikely event of a stove being received in bad or incomplete condition, it should be refused. If you no longer want any items that you have ordered, we will take back all items except for anything especially ordered for you from the manufacturer at your request. Items will need to be brought into the showroom along with the original receipt, and will be subject, depending on the condition of the packaging, to a re-stocking charge. Goods that have been damaged cannot be refunded.

Pricing Policy

We aim to offer the best price in the country for quality goods and service. Furthermore we have a fair price policy based upon the old Quaker Business Model - our first price is also our best price. If you feel, having compared our price with others, that we are not dealing fairly and generously with you, then we would really like to know. If, on reflection, we agree; the price will change not just for you but for everybody.

Guarantee

Here at Envirostoves we offer a full manufacturer’s warranty on all stoves and flue components. In addition, we are pledged to serve you with courtesy and to consider requests that are outside the scope of standard guarantees.

Fair trade, fair prices, and a warranty that exceeds the written word. Just because it doesn’t fit in the right box, doesn’t mean we won’t listen.

Please contact our showroom to find out what second hand or ex-display stoves we have in-stock.

Recycling

As part of a stove sale or installation we will gladly recycle any unwanted appliances or components. Please don't simply throw these things away but help us to preserve the planet and make use of old and broken things wherever possible!

Missing Prices

You may have noticed that not all our stove pages include prices. This is at the manufacturer’s request rather than our own. A missing price does not mean the stove is an unusual sell or a new addition to our range - some of our most popular stoves are not priced online. We will gladly provide an up-to-date price for any stove in our range if you contact us directly.
